Sagada is a town in the Cordillera Mountains, within the Philippines' Mountain Province. 

 

Jessica Dapliyan our partner farmer/producer of authentic and traceable Sagada coffee beans. 

 

The Dapliyan farm is known as authentic supplier of Sagada coffee. Their farm is located 1,500 meters above sea level. The coffee cherries are handpicked which undergo wet processing then dried naturally.

Our roast profile for Sagada coffee is light medium roast. During cupping we noted Milk Chocolate aroma, hint of Dalandan as it cools down and a nutty finish.
